Overview
The WK series of fire dampers allow the maximum safety against the
spread of fire inside buildings. In effect, they guarantee the perfect
isolation from heat and air tight seal to both hot and cold smoke, as
confirmed by the EN 1366-2 certification. The WK
series fire dampers form an invisible barrier to the spread of fire, the
dispersion of heat, the spreading of smoke and that of harmful gasses.
By connecting the fire damper to the fire alarm system and the smoke
detection system it is possible to anticipate the closure of the blades
prior to the direct contact with the flame, this way preventing damages
caused by the diffusion of smoke and gasses generated from combustion.
